All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Soul Vitality is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@soulvitality.co.za before returning any item. Refunds are issued once returned goods are received and inspected.

6. Intellectual Property
