Welcome to Soul Vitality’s Delivery & Returns page. We’re committed to providing a seamless shopping experience — from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping timelines, costs, and return policies.


1. Delivery Information

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Express Delivery (available on request): 1–2 business days

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier capacity, and any unforeseen events.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery (Nationwide): R100

  • Express Delivery (on request): R300

We offer free delivery on all orders over R1000.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across South Africa.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@soulvitality.co.za and we will assist you promptly. Kindly include your order number in your message.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Returns Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any item, provided it is:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging and condition

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements for safety and hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us at info@soulvitality.co.za within 7 days of receiving your item.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.

Return courier fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll be notified via email once your refund is complete.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product, please follow the return steps and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately and we will arrange a free return and replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Important Notes

  • Supplements are non-returnable once opened.

  • Refunds will not be issued for returns received after the 7-day return window.

  • For your safety, please consult a healthcare provider before using any supplement.
